Мир кожи и меха.

Мир, strictly speaking, can be translated as ' a world' (or as 'peace'), but it is also frequently used in a shops' names as a synonim of 'a shop'. For example, Мир электроники (World of electroniсs) or Детский мир (Children's world).

Кожа - leather. Leather jackets or coats are meant here.
Мех - fur. Fur-coats can be bought in this chain shop, too.

Sometimes these collocations look ridiculous: Мир калькуляторов - A world of calculators - looks like a fantastic movie title from 80s
